America's Dirty Secret: Designers Against Human Trafficking
I assisted my AIGA Sustainability committee in launching a nationwide campaign to fight Human Trafficking. Human trafficking affects about 100,000 - 300,000 children in the United States. We hosted a poster exhibit at Museum of Design Atlanta to bring up that awareness. The posters were donated to organizations battling human trafficking for use in public awareness campaign.
My poster got the attention of The Warnath Group, an advisory group of White House advisors, and is now used as a part of their presentations to educate high level government officials around the world on the topic of Human Trafficking.
